8816P series water-based gravure ink resin: A modified resin produced by copolymerizing polyurethane, acrylate monomers, and polyamide resin via a special process. A special acrylic emulsion with core-shell structure and self-crosslinking properties, providing excellent wetting to pigments. Excellent adhesion on printed films such as PE, BOPP, and CPP. After drying, the film exhibits good water resistance, anti-scratch properties, and outstanding slip. This product exhibits high self-crosslinking degree, high hardness, fast drying, and excellent chemical resistance.
8816P is well soluble with other water-based resins and can be used as a grinding resin. Good resolubility, non-clogging during long-term printing, stable storage performance, good compatibility with alcohol solvents (methanol, ethanol, etc.), and allows optimized adjustment of drying speed. It can be printed with polyamide ink, with good adhesion between the membrane layers.
Applicable substrate: PE/BOPP/CPP/Protective film/PET etc.
Before testing adhesion, ensure the film substrate's corona treatment level meets the required standard and that the ink layer is fully cured.
Packed in 50kg plastic drums & IBC totes, or as customer requirements. The product is non-hazardous and should be stored in a cool and dry place.
