A dual-functional silane containing an epoxy organic reactive group and a trimethoxysilane inorganic reactive group.Used as an adhesion promoter to improve adhesion between resins and inorganic surfaces.
Good compatibility with the following resins:Matt varnish resin,polyurethane resin,nitrocellulose resin,polyamide resin,chlorinated polypropylene resin,chloroether resin,rosin resin,dammar resin,polyketone resin,phenolic resin,polyurea resin,polycarbonate resin,terpolymer/copolymer resin,acrylic resin.
1.Improves adhesion–acts as an adhesion promoter for various resins;2.Increases composite strength–compatible with many fillers;3.Improves wettability and strong adhesion on untreated surfaces of BOPP and PE films;4.Greatly improves interlayer adhesion between ink topcoat and primer.Significantly enhances moisture resistance,salt spray resistance,and heat resistance of the coating film.5.Improves wettability and dispersibility–good resolubility in various coating systems and formulations;6.Reduces viscosity of filled liquid resins–improves processing performance.
The product participates in resin crosslinking and is not affected by temperature. Store in a cool, well-ventilated area. Away from fire, shelf life one year. 25kg/185kg per drum.
